The Gritty City Turns Pretty this June Bank Holiday for Bloom Fringe Festival 2016. Bloom Fringe kicks off on Friday 3rd June @ 6pm in Dublin Castle with the Irish film premier of the Gangsta Gardener Ron Finley’s film “Can You Dig This?” produced by John Legend followed by Q&A hosted by Peter Donegan of The Sod Show! Tickets available here. Watch the Ted Talk to see his amazing gardening story.

Watch out for pop-up forests and street art transforming our unloved gritty spaces into pretty urban oases in the heart of Dublin.

There will be workshops, street art, interventions, community open days , film screenings, installations, exhibitions, foraged food and guerilla gardening. Bloom Fringe embraces the challenge to reintroduce nature and biodiversity into neglected urban and civic spaces.

Some of the highlights include a secret garden tour with Vandra Costello and the first Irish Basket Festival. Follow the links below to book these great events.
