Crinodendron…A Stunning Shrub – Gareth Austin

This Crinodendron or Lantern Tree was simply stunning when I walked past…so I had to take a picture… These stunning early summer flowering plants thrive in acid soil, so its right at home in this garden in Crolly in Gweedore in North West Donegal.

These can be big growing fellows, growing to 20′ in some sights, but they can be hard pruned if needed…
