Irish Seedsavers Creating Volunteer List

Irish Seed Savers are setting up a list of volunteers who can come and help us either regularly or sporadically. Once we have established such a list, we will get in touch by email to let helpers know when we are having a ‘Volunteer Day’. For instance on Tuesday 15th April we are having a Lazy Bed and Potato Planting day and those of you who live close enough and are free on the day might be happy to come over that day to see how its done, learn a few tips, have a bit of fun and get some good exercise at the same time! If your name is on the list, you need not feel obliged to come or even reply if you are unable to come. We have run three volunteer days over the last couple of months and they have worked well for us. If you would be interested in being added to such a list, please reply to this email and we will add you. Volunteering at Irish Seed Savers Association is a great way to pick up new gardening skills, to meet like-minded people and to get some fresh air and exercise, as well as supporting a very good cause.

We look forward to hearing from you.
