Kells Bay Gardens – Southern Symposium

Billy and Penne Alexander are honoured to announce two distinguished visitors to the gardens at Kells this autumn for the Kells Bay Southern Symposium. Firstly at 11.00 a.m. in the dining room our own Seamus O’ Brien of Kilmacurragh will give an illustrated talk on, ‘A Journey to the Antipodes – in search of Southern Hemisphere Treasures’.

In the afternoon a walk through the garden will be led by Roy Lancaster followed by his talk A Plantsman’s Garden in the house. As these are two of the biggest names in the English speaking plant fraternity we expect heavy demand for a limited number of places. You may wish to reserve a place now.

All day Symposium tickets are available at a price of €70 to include talks, the walk and a buffet lunch.
