Oakfield Park in Raphoe, County Donegal is far becoming a place I find myself in more and more, there is just so much to see. Every 3 weeks the flora changes as the seasons move on, and not just in the fabulous walled garden, around the 100 acres there is wee gems popping up here there and everywhere…here’s a selection of wee things recently that I admired…

Gareth Austin is a Community focused Horticulturist based in Derry-Londonderry and voice of Gardening on the Mark Patterson Show on BBC Radio Foyle. Gareth specialises in Community horticulture, offering a wide range of events, programmes and acitivity on engaging people in the exciting world of Horticulture.
