This is our first Samhain Festival ever at Seed Savers. With so many of you becoming really interested in Cider and Cider Apples, it makes complete sense to dedicate a whole day to it! There will be information on cider apple varieties and our own Matteo will be giving his juicing and cider making demonstration. Con Traas from The Apple Farm in Cahir, County Tipperary, will be giving a talk too, so loads of information to absorb. For the children, their will be Apple Art plus a great Apple Detective Game and a fantastic Puppet Show.
