The House of the Binns and its novelty tower has long held some interest for me, and when I heard about the restoration work in the walled garden it was time for a visit, I had heard that the famous Binny Plants from Uphall where developing some national collections in the walled garden there…but sadly the walled garden is not open to the public, but the parklands around the House of the Binns are spectacular, as is the woodland walk and the area around the novelty tower affords super view points across the landscape…enjoy the pictures below.
