We took our Beekeeping students on a tour to Andy Bourk’s Honey House today. Its the beekeeping class tasting the fruits of the year, which doubled production of honey over last year and increased the bees stock as well. Andy has been of invaluable assistance to the college over the past twenty years and was elected national Beekeeper of the year in 2011.
