Ireland 2020 Chapel Designer Conference

LET’S GO TO IRELAND!

Holly Heider Chapple Flowers, in partnership with Jenny Murphy of Flowers by Moira and Lorna Stuart Trainor of A Room in Bloom, is pleased to announce the 2020 European Chapel Designers Conference. 5 years ago the collective Chapel Designers traveled abroad for our first European conference. On this pilgrimage, we fell in love with the Irish. Having Chapel Designer family in Ireland allowed us the opportunity to produce a CD Conference in Ireland. We’re so excited to share this beautiful country with you and to continue to spread the mission of Chapel Designers. Our network supports wedding and event floral designers all over the world. We consider our European conference one of our most important events of the year.

When: 26-29 April 2020
Where: Slane Castle, Ireland

ITINERARY DETAILS

• Join us for three days at the beautiful, Slane Castle (April 27, 28, 29). Arrival on April 26th.

• April 26th | 4:30 pm -First-time attendees will meet at 4:30 pm for a special intro session and discuss being a member of Chapel Designers.

• April 26th | 6 pm-8 pm – Meet and Greet. All attendees should come prepared to be photographed for a professional headshot. This is your opportunity to get an updated photo for social media or your website.

• April 27th | 9 am- 5 pm – This day will include open discussions with our teachers about business and contracting. We will create centerpieces and large scale decorations for the castle all designs during this conference will be created foam-free. Education will include eco-friendly business practices.

• April 28th | 9 am – Preparations will begin to style and decorate the castle for our big dinner. All installations and tablescapes will be professionally photographed and can be added to attendees’ portfolios with mention to the Chapel Designers organization. We will create bridal bouquets on this day in preparation for an additional photoshoot on Weds. Dinner time to be announced.

• April 29th | 9 am – We will do large scale foam-free installations on the castle grounds. These installs will be photographed and our model will be photographed holding your bouquets.

We will cover all subjects pertaining to business, marketing, design, and collaboration during this comprehensive workshop which is geared to supporting wedding and event florists.
